Customer Service Notification 12 - 18 March

Dear Kitemana customer (please read German, Dutch and French below),

We're currently out of the office for our annual teambuilding midweek in the snow. Please note that while we're away, most orders will still be processed as usual. However, during this week our customer service is not available. You can email us at any time and we will reply as soon as possible. Kitemana will be fully operational again from Monday the 18th of march.

Van 12 tot en met 15 maart is onze customerservice gesloten vanwege ons jaarlijkse teambuilding uitje in de sneeuw. Ondanks dat we weg zijn zullen de meeste orders verwerkt worden zoals gebruikelijk. Ook is onze megastore in Noordwijk gewoon open. Vanaf maandag 18 maart ’24 zijn we weer op volle toeren!

Danke, dass du Kitemana kontaktiert hast. Wir sind derzeit wegen unseres jährlichen Teambuildings zur Wochenmitte im Schnee nicht im Büro. Bitte beachte, dass während unserer Abwesenheit die meisten Bestellungen trotzdem wie gewohnt bearbeitet werden. Während dieser Woche ist unser Kundenservice jedoch nicht erreichbar. Du kannst uns jederzeit eine E-Mail schreiben und wir werden dir so schnell wie möglich antworten. Kitemana wird ab Montag, dem 18. März, wieder voll im Einsatz sein.
